Shore Station
Port St. Mary Shore Station

Used by Chicken Rock lightkeepers, then later by Calf of Man lightkeepers.
The plaque above the door gives 1886 as the date of building,I assume that is also when the families ceased to use the Calf of Man lighthouse buildings as the shore station.

Home to four lighthouse families

Property sold in 1995 after Calf of Man lighthouse was automated.

The extensions to the buildings were probably built in the 1950's,when NLB provided separate kitchens and internal bathrooms to a lot of there older properties
